Reiki Classes

I offer First Degree, Second Degree and Reiki Master workshops of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki system of healing. These comprehensive workshops include energy principles, energy sensing & clearing, Reiki attunements, understanding chakras, practice, and much more. First Degree and Second Degree workshops are 14 hours in duration. All workshops are held at the Bloor West Homeopathic & Wellness Clinic, unless otherwise noted.

1st Degree Workshops:

February 28, 2010: 10am- 5pm, Mar. 3 & 10: 6-9:30pm

March 28, 2010: 10am – 5pm, Mar 31 & April 7: 6-9:30pm

2nd Degree Workshops:

January 24, 2010: 10am – 5pm, Jan. 27 & Feb. 3: 6:-9:30pm

May 2, 2010: 10am – 5pm, May 5 & 12: 6-9:30pm

Simone Bowman is a registered Reiki Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association. All students receive a manual with each level and receive a certificate at the completion of the course.

Meditation and Inspired Living

The focus of this workshop is to guide you to connect to your core and rediscover inner peace. We will explore calming the mind, body focusing, energy awareness, sound and movement meditation and spiritual principles. The workshop is 7.5 hrs in duration, held over 3 weeks.
