I am continuing to offer both 1st degree
and 2nd degree Reiki
workshops this winter. These comprehensive workshops include energy
principles, energy sensing & clearing, Reiki attunements, understanding
chakras, practice, and more. Each workshop is 14-16 hours in duration. All workshops are held at the Bloor West Homeopathic & Wellness
Clinic, unless otherwise noted.
1st Degree Workshops:
January 20 & 27, 2008: 10am - 5:30pm
2nd Degree Workshops:
Reiki Master Workshop:February 17 & 24, 2008: 10am - 5:30pm

Reiki Shares will be held Tuesday January 15, 2008
and Tuesday February 19, 2008, from 6pm - 8:30pm. All Reiki
practitioners are welcome (Level 1 Reiki is the only requirement). Reiki
Shares include guided meditation, discussion and Reiki exchanges. Please

Meditation and Inspired Living
Workshop:
This is a 3-week meditation workshop
designed to deepen your meditation practice, or to help you begin one
anew. In this workshop, we will explore deepening your connection to your
own inner wisdom through spiritual principles, body focusing, sound and
movement meditation, energy awareness, heart opening, and calming the
mind. We will explore and experience various meditation techniques that
will enrich your meditative practice and support
you in living consciously.
